Online Instructions:
Zoom audio session will start at 10:45 AM. Please ensure that you arrive by 10:55 AM at the latest so that you are settled and in the online room before Kaya arrives. Late comers will not be admitted once the event has started as it disrupts the flow of the space. Kaya will arrive at exactly 11:00 AM EST and will leave at 11:15 AM.

In Person Instructions:
What do I need to bring? Water and whatever makes you comfortable for sitting during the activation.
Can I bring my kids? ONE is a quiet space, much like a meditation space. If kids are participating and can be silent during our activation, they are welcome. There is a river and goats on the property so parents need to be attentive. There is no age limit.
How long is the event? Please arrive by 8:30 am (Costa Rica time) to get registered and settled. It will be over by approximately 9:30 am.
Can I invite anyone? Please feel free to invite friends and family.
Is there parking? Yes there is ample parking. Please park below the platform.
Where is it located? Uvita Arts Center, past the Bamboo Forest at the river crossing
